The project focused on the topic connected with everything related to health for young people and how the countries care about it. Also when the participants go back home, they will be able to use new method and encourage the youngsters to live active life. Furthermore to be able to organise sport programmes, share and teach how to prepare healthy dishes. In the seven days we as participants acknowledged new skills.
During these days there were several programmes. In the first days we had teambuilding to get to know each other more, and see what is the situation in our countries related to health. We had energizer activites such as short trip to the village and one day to the Tatra mountains. After workshops we had cultural evenings, first Polands presented their dances, cuisine and we had also a quize to test our knowledge about the country. When we already knew each other we started to focus on the main tasks, such as creating fitness plan video, meeting local people, discuss eating disorders, create a healthy food for everybody and make a video about it. In these workshops we gained a lot of different useful skills, like video editing, filming, co-operating with each other, boost our creativity, how to manage wisely money to buy healthy ingredients and cook from these. More important we learned how to be able to solve issues, destroy prejudices and realize there is no languages barriers. In the and, we would like to thank to the SIR organization to arranged this programme and to EU Erasmusplus programme to financed and gave us to this opportunity. |
