Salmorejo:
In a blender, puree the chopped tomatoes with the bread, garlic, sherry vinegar and 1/2 cup of water at high speed until very smooth, about 1 minute. With blender on, drizzle in the 1/4 cup of Oliver oil until incorporated. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until the soup is cold, at least 30 minutes 
​Hummus:
In a food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, and 3/4 teaspeponn salt until smooth and creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to chive the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika before serving.

Cut veggies into small pieces, empty the cans into a big bowl, mix them all and enjoy.
Hungarian cottage cheese pate (kőrözött)
Peel the onion, smash the cottage cheese, add a teaspoonful of ground pepper and the sour cream and mix them all. For best taste let it rest in the fridge for half day. Don’t eat it before a date. ☺

1. Put the yoghurt in a glass, after that pour some cereals on it.
2. Prepare the fruits and slice them, put the pieces in the glass too and put some more cereals on it.
3. Sprinkle some cinnamon and honey on the top and decorate it.

STUFFED TOMATOES
1. 
Hallow the tomatoes out.

2. Slice the salmon, mozzarella, garlic and mix them together with the corn, rukola and tomatoes pulp. Then add salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Put the mix inside the tomatoes.
4. Put the rukola as the basis for the tomatoes and decorate a plate as you wish.
5. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, pepper and olive oil mix on top

Strawberry for the romantic evening
​Take the strawberries and wash them. Cut strawberries and pineapple in small pieces. Take mascarpone cheese and mix it with coconut chips, cutted strawberries. Separate the cream in 3 parts. Put cardamon in one part, cinamon in second part and pineapple to third part of the cream. So that’s how we will have 3 different tastes. Put these creams on the top of oat cookies and sponge cakes. Then decorate your plate with half cutted strawberries, seesam seeds and almond chips. Bon appetito, enjoy your romantic evening. And after all please do not forget to be safe.
